My condition hasn’t stopped me - and it won’t stop you either.
I stay strong and keep up with my family by making time for myself: exercising, eating well, stretching, and- most importantly - laughing. Not a single session goes by without some smiles. Because to me, being happy goes hand in hand with being healthy.

About me
As a mum of three, I know how easy it is to put ourselves last. When we finally do find time for ourselves, exercise often isn’t at the top of the list! I also live with osteoarthritis in both hips and understand how challenging it can be - but I’ve experienced first-hand how much the right exercise can help reduce symptoms and improve quality of life.
I hold a blue belt tag 3 in kickboxing and am an Advanced Kick Boxercise Instructor, Parkinson’s Disease Specialist Boxercise Trainer, SEND adult exercise coach, Les Mills Body Combat and Les Mills Core Instructor, marathon and distance runner, as well as a qualified PT.
