Boxercise Champions


Is a fun, safe, structured high-energy programme that lets kids train like real boxers, learning boxing skills - but without the full contact!
Developed by the world-renowned fitness company Boxercise. The Boxercise Champions Programme supports children's physical and personal development.
Children improve confidence, coordination, balance focus, and self-belief through structured punching and padwork activities. They also engage in teamwork games and follow a unique medal pathway — ensuring every child feels supported and proud of their achievements.
Champion Values, Positive Mindsets & Healthy Habits.
Every class also includes Corner Chats - short, age-appropriate discussions about kindness, confidence, and treating others respectfully, including safety awareness and anti-bullying themes. Alongside these, our Healthy Habit or Community Challenges encourage positive life choices.

 Classes

I joined Gills classes back in early November (2020), as we started lockdown number two. 

I started off with 1 class a week and soon became hooked and have been doing all three classes (per week), since mid December. 

Gill is an amazing trainer, who demonstrates a great passion for her classes and supporting others to keep fit. 

Gills classes have helped me through these tough times. I always feel great at the end of a session. It’s great for both my physical and mental health. 

I would highly recommend Gill’s classes to anyone or all fitness levels.
