Making a Positive Impact
I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. My aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs and guide you through every exercise, every workout. My holistic approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time.
As a mum of 3 children I understand how we sometimes forget to take time out for ourselves and when we do, it certainly isn't exercise that comes top of the list!! I suffer with Osteoarthritis in both hips and know how much exercise can reduce my symptoms . I am a blue belt K1 Kick Boxer, Les Mills Body Combat Instructor and marathon, 10k and 5k runner as well as a PT and I won't let my symptoms stop me.
I can keep up with all my family needs by taking time to look after me, Whether that be exercising, eating well or stretching - most importantly - Laughing.
Not a session goes by where my clients and I don't laugh .
Being happy comes hand in hand with health.
What do I do?
1:1 Personal Training
1 hour or 45 minute sessions available.
Sessions can take place in my purpose built studio, on Zoom, at your home, or even online while you are at your gym.

In person £33 per hour
In person £27 for 45 minutes
Zoom £25 for an hour
Zoom £20 for 45 minutes
Book 5 sessions receive 5% discount
Book 10 sessions receive 10% discount

I joined Gills classes back in early November (2020), as we started lockdown number two.
I started off with 1 class a week and soon became hooked and have been doing all three classes (per week), since mid December.
Gill is an amazing trainer, who demonstrates a great passion for her classes and supporting others to keep fit.
